At HeroicFX, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing Conga Bonga.

That is why we offer a 7-day risk-free guarantee in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you purchase Conga Bonga and decide within 7 days of purchase that it is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund.

If a refund is approved under this 7-day risk-free guarantee:

• your refund will be returned to your original payment method 
• your HeroicFX / Conga Bonga account may be removed or disabled 
• your license and access to the software may be revoked 
• you must stop using the software and delete any installed copies in your possession or control

• the email address used for purchase 
• your proof of purchase or purchase details 
• your request for a refund 

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If Conga Bonga fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or other remedy depending on the circumstances and the nature of the problem. Consumer guarantees apply to products and services, including digital products. 

Outside the 7-day risk-free guarantee period, refunds are not provided for change of mind, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law. ACCC says consumer rights still apply regardless of store policies or terms. 

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time. The time it takes for funds to appear back in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.
